KYMade by a speech therapist with ADHD, tested on her own weeks.

Sounds familiar?

You don't need a bigger system. You need a kinder one.

  • Four apps, nine lists, zero plans for Tuesday.
  • You bought the beautiful planner. It is still beautiful. It is still blank.
  • Your to-do list has quietly become a guilt list.
  • You know what to do. You just can't see where to start.
  • Everything is urgent, so nothing is.
  • You built the perfect setup. Building it was the only thing you did in it.

If three of these are you, Krello was built for you.

The loop

Four moves. Every day.

Not a method to learn. One screen that shows you the next move, and makes finishing feel like something.

  1. 1Open

    Home shows one thing

Today's goal, and Next up: the one task worth starting now, with why. Not a list. One.

  2. 2Start

    One press

The task moves to In progress and the timer is on it. Nothing to decide, nothing to shuffle.

  3. 3Finish

    A burst, then a count

Where it lands in Done, a little burst. Then 3 done today · 11 this week, because finishing should feel like something.

  4. 4Again

    Streaks with a flame

Routines come back on their days. Miss one? Nothing shames you. The coach leaves one line, and asks.

The coach

A coach who notices when a task stalls. And only ever asks.

One line on the task it's about, when something's stuck. Not a report, not a score, not another stream of notifications.

  • It notices when a task stalls

Nine days In progress, no Time needed, yesterday's plan left behind. It says so, once, where you're already looking.

  • It helps you decide what to do next

Move it, shrink it, make it a routine, let it go: every note ends in a question you can answer in one press.

  • Thoughtful, not noisy

Nothing to dismiss: fix the thing and the note goes away on its own. When it isn't sure, it stays quiet.

How it works, plainly: code finds the facts, a model words the one line, and a second pass checks it. No human reads your board, and nothing here is clinical.

The friend who notices, not the manager who tracks.

Tasks and the planner

A board with a calendar attached.

Three columns, and one day of the calendar beside them. Drag a task onto 10:00 and it's a block at 10:00. Resize the block and its Time needed follows. The dentist goes on the calendar too: an event, never a task.

  • To do, In progress, Done: nothing else to set up
  • Colour fills the task: which project, at a glance
  • Late is red, and says when: Was due Wed

Who made this

“I didn't need another system. I needed something that would be kind to me on a Tuesday.”

K

Kayee

Speech therapist · founder · the first user

Kayee is a speech therapist. All day she works with autistic children: patient, visual, one small step at a time, celebrating every one. All her life she's had ADHD, and every evening she lost the thread of her own days. She tried every app. She bought every planner (the pretty ones, twice). Her Trello board got so elaborate it became a second job.

So she did what she does at work: stop asking the person to fit the tool. Krello is what she'd prescribe to herself. One thing at a time, nothing mandatory, nothing that shames, and a coach that asks the way a good therapist would. She designs it; her husband codes it; it's tested every day on the one person it had to work for. If your brain works like hers, it was built for you too.

Who it's for

If you've abandoned every planner, this one was built for you.

  • First

    The planner abandoner

“I know what I need to do. Why can't I get myself to start?”

Open Krello, see the next step, start, without rebuilding your whole life first.

  • Also

    The overloaded household

“I'm the one who remembers everything.”

One shared board for what needs doing, who's doing it, and when. Added by email, nothing to accept.

Students and busy professionals find the same loop works on a smaller board.

Built with one person with ADHD and tuned on her weeks. That's lived experience, not a clinical claim: it's for brains that struggle to start, whatever the reason.

Krello Pro

Starting something with a few other people?

Krello Pro is every tool a small team needs, in one workspace, ready on day one: chats, video calls with recordings, docs, whiteboards, files, tasks, milestones and cycles. $4.99 a week.

  • Replaces Slack, Zoom, Notion, Linear and Miro
  • Nothing to pick or set up
  • Good for the next 6–12 months, then your data leaves with you
  • 7 days to try

Why it sticks

Built to be opened on a bad day.

Every part of Krello was designed around one person's real weeks, and kept only if it survived them.

  • Designed by its first user, used every day

Kayee runs her own weeks on it. Every feature on this page shipped to her board first, and anything that didn't survive a Tuesday was cut.

  • What you see is what you get

The Home at the top isn't a concept. It's what opens when you sign in: today's goal, one next task, Start.

  • Cancel anytime

Your account starts with 14 days to try it, then each workspace is paid by the week. Stop, and your workspace goes read-only, with everything still in it.

Built from a problem, not a pitch.

Kayee spent years trying to find a planner she could stick with, and designed Krello around what she needed: one clear next step, a plan she could see, and no guilt when a day went sideways. It's what she built instead, and what she still opens every morning.

Get started

Try it for 14 days. Keep it if it helps.

Everything in the box

A board, a calendar, routines, a goal.

For when you want the details. Every field optional, nothing to configure.

Show everything in the box
  • Calendar

    Day, week, month, year

The same plan at every scale, the day's goal on top. Events too: the dentist is not a task.

  • Routines

A streak with a flame, not a scold

Tick it today, or yesterday if you forgot. No red crosses.

  • Projects and Life balance

Life in areas, a quarter at a time

Each project in its area and colour, with a ring that fills. Rate each area once a quarter.

  • Today's goal

One line that makes the day count

Answer once in the morning. It sits on Home and the calendar all day.

  • Capture anywhere

    Press N. Type it. Done.

Task, routine, event or project. Not sure? Three quick questions file it right.

  • Plan your day

    Let it place. You decide.

Fills your focus time with what's due soonest. A proposal: apply it, or drag things around.

Also in the box: colour that means which project, reminders that reach your phone, even with Krello closed, one board for the two of you, added by email, nothing to accept, a real phone app from your home screen, French and Chinese throughout, not translated English, a dark theme that suggests itself at 8 PM.
